Shipping policy

 

Our fulfillment operation processes orders 9am - 5:30pm PST. At this time our fulfillment center does not operate over the weekend.

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and verification. Upgrading your shipping from ground freight expedites the shipping portion of your order only. After it has been completed, your order will be delivered based on the shipping method chosen during check out. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.
